Cancellation Policy

Appointment & Cancellation Policy Hello, We appreciate you choosing MaryAnn’s Aromatherapy Herbal Wellness and Bowenwork. Every appointment matters to us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to support your wellness journey. To ensure we can continue providing the best service to all our clients, please take a moment to review our current office policies: 1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Fees: If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if you do not show up for your scheduled time, a "No-Show Fee" will be charged. Exception: If you reschedule your appointment within the same week (subject to availability), the fee will be waived. 2. Late Arrivals Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the clients following you. The therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to begin treatment. Regardless of the actual duration of the session, you will be responsible for the full session fee. 3. Confirming Your Appointment We send email and text reminders 2 days prior to your visit, followed by a phone call the day before. Please confirm your attendance by responding to the email, texting 209-222-3001, or leaving a voicemail. 4. Arrival Etiquette In respect of other guests and to maintain a peaceful environment, please turn off your cell phone prior to your appointment time.
