Cancellation Policy

With respect for other guests, please turn off your cell phone prior to your appointment time. Appointments: In order to ensure your requested time, date and therapist are available, we highly recommend scheduling appointments prior to your arrival. Appointments are subject to availability and a credit card or valid gift card is required to reserve your session. Cancellation: Treatment times are reserved specifically for you. We have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. To cancel or make a change to your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to avoid the cancelation fee of 50% of services scheduled. We understand life happens. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow for check in and any needed paperwork to be completed prior to your session. In most cases, we are unable to extend beyond the scheduled time to accommodate late arrivals.
